Assistant Floor Manager / Shift Leader

Job duties and requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and build relationships with guests while encouraging regulars.
1-2 years experience in hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and team members.
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers & upper management both front and back of the house.
Passion to learn.
Use of Toast POS system.
Ability to maintain a clean working environment and personal presentation.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to supervise a small group of team members to accomplish what needs to be done on a given shift.
Team attitude and work as any job needed for the day (market and/or café duties that arise).
ServSafe and BASSETT/TIPS Certified (within 90 days).
